Extream sleep schedule experiment: without pain

Yeah, manage waktu sebenarnya susah2 sulit, satu2nya cara ya harus fokus, tapi sepertinya fokus juga perlu pengaturan waktu tidur supaya lebih rileks kerjanya, jadi ini schedulenya :

1. Pukul 18-19.30
2. Pukul 12-02
3. Pukul 5.30-7.40

Total waktu tidur 5 jam 40 menit.
Pukul 17.30 habis ngantor and 7.40 abis bangun pagi langsung pompa jantung 10 menit. PAS!
